Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay anything up front to book a session? 
Yes, you are required to pay a 50% deposit when you book your session. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the session.

What if I can't make the date I have chosen?
Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred once to another date.

Do you photograph weddings? 
Yes. Packages range from $399 - $799. You may contact us here for a custom quote.

When and how will I be able to see my photos? 
Your photos will be ready to view within 1-2 weeks from the session date. I will contact you once they are ready and we will schedule an appointment for your viewing session.

How do I order prints? 
You will order your prints when we have our viewing session.

Do I have to pay for my prints at the viewing session?
No. You do not. However, your order will not be completely processed until your payment is received.

When will I receive my prints? 
You can expect to receive your prints 7-10 business days after your viewing session, and your payment has been processed.

Do you have a minimum print order?
PBB requires all print orders to be no less than $50.

How much will I spend total?
It varies. Every client is different. The average client (excluding wedding clients) spends $200-$400 (session fee & prints).

What are your business hours? 
PBB is open for sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, but you may contact us by phone call, e-mail, or text any day of the week. Usually you will receive a response almost immediately, but there may be a delay up to 24 hours.
