Acceptance of these "Terms and Conditions":
All contracts and transactions between the photographer and the client,
whether made orally or in writing are subject to these terms and conditions,
which shall be deemed to be incorporated into any contract between the
photographer and all or any of it's clients.
Website and Copyright:
The website(www.photobybeverly.com), any wording, or information used is the
sole property of Beverly Stevens D/B/A Photography by Beverly. It may not be
used without the photographer's permission or in any inappropriate manner. The
client is allowed to use images from their session on the world wide web and
throughout social networking websites, but must have the photographer's logo
plainly displayed. The client may only use the photos the photographer gives
them permission to use. The client may not crop, edit, or tamper with any of
the photographer's artwork.
Payment Terms:
Photography by Beverly requires all clients to pay a 50% deposit when
booking a session. Any date the client has chosen will not be secure until the deposit
has been paid. The remaining 50% of the session fee is due on the day of the
session, before the session begins. All clients are required to order a minimum
of $50.00 in prints. Payment for prints must be paid in full before the order
is placed.
Additional Charges:
The photographer may charge additional fees if the session is over run on
any terms beyond the photographer's control. Ie: the client asks for additional
time for the session, the client is late, etc.
Prices and Terms:
All prices shown within the photographer's price list are subject to change
without prior notice. The photographer reserves the right to amend these terms
and conditions without prior notice.
Public Viewing:
Photography by Beverly displays images from every session for the public to
see (1-all images). If you have any objections to the public viewing of your
photos, you must let the photographer know before she leaves the session.
The above conditions and terms constitute the full terms and conditions
of any work agreement made between you (the client) and Photography by Beverly.
By signing a contract for services, you agree to these terms, and agree to
indemnify and hold harmless Photography by Beverly for any reason.
